How we handle
your information

When you send a booking, group trip, or waitlist form, we collect what you type in (such as your name, pronouns, email, phone or WhatsApp, dates, and group size). We use it to reply to you, plan your tour or trip, and follow up. If you join our email list, your name and email are stored with our email provider, MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited and how people scroll and click. These tools use cookies and similar technology and collect information like your device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. We do not use them to identify you by name. To opt out, you can block cookies in your browser or use a tracking-protection extension.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business (our website host, form handling, email provider, analytics tools, and payment providers) and with local partners when it is needed to deliver your tour, such as sharing a guest name or dietary needs with a chef.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email info@queernessexperiences.com and we will respond. This applies wherever you live, including Mexico and California.
