When I signed up for a tour with Santi, I didn’t know what to expect: I was in a new place, with new people, and I can’t speak any Spanish! I really wanted to make the most of my trip. Little did I know that I was in the BEST hands with santi!

They are so great at setting a welcoming and fun tone. And I never would have been able to pick out the delicious taco spots without their guidance.
Santi brought us to a Cenote where we were lucky enough to see howler monkeys, which was one of my favorite moments of the whole trip.
They clearly had a personal relationship with the land steward and a deep understanding of the land, its ecology, its cultural significance, and its history.
Santis knowledge, relationship with the community, and energy made the trip incredibly unique and memorable.

I procrastinated in writing this review because anything I say will be an understatement to how delightful Santi is, how fantastic their tours are, and how the whole experience will easily become the highlight of any trip to Tulum.
Santi is truly gifted at giving tours that make you excited you’re learning new things in an unfamiliar place while also making the whole day feel like home. My friend and I did the secret cenote tour as part of a group and Santi make everyone feel immediately welcome and comfortable (which is really an accomplishment since I am grumpy in the morning).
Both cenotes were beautiful, and it felt incredibly special to learn about the private cenote understanding that our ability to be there was thanks to a well-cultivated relationship between Santi and the family.
Because I so thoroughly enjoyed the first tour, I also did a food tour and Santi has a real knack for selecting restaurants and dishes that fit the vision of what someone is hoping for from their vacation.
I visited restaurants and tasted foods I otherwise wouldn’t have thought to try, which added depth to the trip in a unique way.
Everything was planned perfectly, Santi was communicative the entire time, and the tours were some of the most thoughtful you could expect to have (in any location).

Luckily, Santi recommended a gorgeous cenote that was fairly easy for me to walk to and they were so helpful in assisting me and making me feel safe navigating the space. They were also very knowledgeable about cenotes and I felt I learned a lot.
We even water color painted and ate yummy snacks. 10/10 would recommend!

What we do
Every tour is vetted so queer, trans, and gender diverse people can just focus on enjoying the day. Tours run small. Bigger group, retreat, or event? That becomes a private tour, sized and priced for your group.
Eating deliciously is a priority.
A cenote not even locals know about. The entrance is an ancient well created by the Maya. A great option for gender diverse people who want to feel completely at ease in their bathing suit: the cenote is all ours, and it's shaded from the sun.
You'll climb down a ladder into an entrance that used to be a well used by the ancient Maya, down into water that's been here for thousands of years. Cared for by an extremely knowledgeable Maya family.
Relaxation tour. Float through canals built by the ancient Maya.
