You'll climb down a ladder through the well, down into a private cenote. The family who cares for this land has created a botanical garden from the plants they find on their adventures in the jungle. If this is a private tour, there's an option to skinny dip.

We get the cenote all to ourselves, and it's shaded from the sun. The owners are careful to give each group private time.
